Extensions/Supplements for your scanning electron microscope

For many years we have watched customer buying a new digital scanning electron microscope to go with their older analogue model.

We have found that time-tested analogue scanning electron microscopes are being kept on – and often are being modernised.

The following has become standard procedure:

• Conversion from DP operation to economical, efficient turbomolecular pumps

• Conversion from a WFM cathode to a LaB 6 cathode

• Installation of miniature camera in the sample chamber.
  The evaluation in this case is carried out by small compact USB servers for connecting to the scanning electron microscope PC.
